1. Do you ship plants to the USA?

Yes, we ship plants weekly to the USA. It’s our main market, and we specialize in providing high-quality plants with a smooth delivery process.

2. What is the shipping cost for plants to the USA?

We use a flat rate of $325 per box. This includes export documentation, professional packaging, air freight to Miami, customs clearance, broker fees, and UPS Express delivery to your home.

3. How many plants can fit in one shipping box?

One box can fit approximately 30 to 60 plants, depending on the size of the plants. Ordering in bulk is more cost-effective to make the most of the shipping fee.

4. How long does shipping take to the USA?

We export every Sunday. The shipment arrives in Miami on Monday or Tuesday, and after customs clearance, the plants are forwarded via UPS Express. You can expect to receive your plants by Wednesday or Thursday, depending on your location.

5. Do I need an import permit to receive the plants?

No, you don’t need an import permit. We handle all necessary export documents and use our broker’s license for customs clearance in the USA.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. All payments are processed securely. If you need another method, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

7. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

There is no minimum order quantity, but we recommend purchasing 30 to 60 plants to make the shipping cost of $285 worthwhile.

8. Do you offer wholesale prices for bulk orders?

Yes, we offer wholesale pricing for bulk orders. Let us know which plants and quantities you’re interested in, and we will provide a customized price list.

Shipping Process

Each plant is carefully inspected, packed, and prepared to ensure it can withstand international transit. Our team uses professional-grade packaging to secure your order during shipping.

We handle all necessary export documentation, including phytosanitary certificates, ensuring compliance with your country’s import regulations.

3. Shipping Method

We use reliable air cargo services to ship your plants directly to your destination. Once the shipment arrives at its destination, our trusted broker handles customs clearance and forwards the package to your door via express delivery services like UPS.

 

Shipping Schedule

 

We ship weekly to ensure a consistent supply of fresh plants. Our shipments leave Thailand every Sunday and typically arrive in the United States within 4–5 days. From there, packages are promptly delivered to your home.

For customers in the United States, you do not need to provide an import permit. We use our broker’s license to handle all import processes on your behalf, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
