• We collect orders throughout the week and consolidate them for shipment every Saturday or Sunday.

• Due to our regular international customers, we have weekly export flights to ensure consistency and reliability.

2. Shipping Process

1. Flight to Miami Airport:

• All shipments are exported via the best available airlines to ensure plants reach Miami Airport quickly and safely.

• The estimated arrival at Miami Airport is typically on Tuesday.

2. Customs Clearance:

• Upon arrival at Miami, our dedicated broker handles all customs clearance processes using their permit.

• Customers do not need to provide any additional permits.

3. Last-Mile Delivery:

• Once cleared, your plants are delivered to your doorstep via UPS Express.

• UPS Express typically delivers within 1-3 business days, depending on the distance from Miami Airport.

• Customers in nearby areas may receive their plants by Wednesday or Thursday.

• Customers further away can expect delivery by Friday at the latest.

4. Tracking Information:

• Once UPS Express receives your shipment, we will share the tracking number with you for real-time updates.

3. Shipping Fees and Coverage

Our service includes:

• Professional packing to ensure plants arrive in pristine condition.

• Air cargo fees from Thailand to Miami Airport.

• Customs clearance managed by our Miami broker.

• Door-to-door delivery via UPS Express.

Note: Customers can order over 12 plants without any additional paperwork or permits. We handle everything for you!
