1. Returns

Due to the perishable nature of plants, we do not accept returns once the shipment has been delivered.

If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the plants and packaging.


2. Refunds

Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:

The plants are significantly damaged during transit.

The wrong plant(s) were delivered.

To request a refund, email us at [info@floristapearlstore.com] with supporting photos and your order details.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after approval.


3. Shipping Delays or Issues

4. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this timeframe, orders cannot be canceled as the plants are prepared for export.
