Shipping Process

1. Order Preparation

Each plant is carefully inspected, packed, and prepared to ensure it can withstand international transit. Our team uses professional-grade packaging to secure your order during shipping.

2. Export Documentation

We handle all necessary export documentation, including phytosanitary certificates, ensuring compliance with your country’s import regulations.

3. Shipping Method

We use reliable air cargo services to ship your plants directly to your destination. Once the shipment arrives at its destination, our trusted broker handles customs clearance and forwards the package to your door via express delivery services like UPS.

 

Shipping Schedule

 

We ship weekly to ensure a consistent supply of fresh plants. Our shipments leave Thailand every Sunday and typically arrive in the United States within 4–5 days. From there, packages are promptly delivered to your home.

 

Shipping Costs

• Flat Rate: $285 per box

This includes:

• Professional packing

• Export documents

• Air cargo to Miami (or relevant destination)

• Customs clearance and broker fees

• UPS Express delivery to your home

 

Each box holds approximately 30–60 plants, making it cost-effective for bulk orders.

 

Holiday Shipping

 

To prevent delays or damages caused by holiday congestion, we pause shipping during major holiday seasons. Orders will resume after the New Year or other applicable holidays. Please contact us for updates regarding our schedule.

 

Import Requirements

 

For customers in the United States, you do not need to provide an import permit. We use our broker’s license to handle all import processes on your behalf, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.

• For first-time buyers, we are happy to provide detailed photos or videos of your selected plants before shipment.
