Shipping Process
Shipping Process
We handle plant exports with precision to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Here’s how our process works:
• Shipping Schedule: We ship every Sunday from Thailand.
• Arrival in the USA: Shipments arrive at Miami Airport by Tuesday.
• Customs Clearance: Plants are cleared from customs on Tuesday with the assistance of a reliable broker to ensure a smooth process.
• Final Delivery: After clearance, plants are forwarded directly to your doorstep via UPS Express, ensuring fast and secure delivery.
We carefully pack all plants using export-grade materials to minimize damage and stress during transit. For the best value, we recommend bulk orders of 30-60 plants per box to save on shipping costs.
Acclimation After Import
Acclimation After Import
Once your plants arrive, it’s essential to allow them time to acclimate to their new environment after transit. Follow these tips for the best results:
• Place the plants in a shaded, well-ventilated area for 3-7 days to reduce stress.
• Avoid direct sunlight initially, as the plants may still be sensitive after their journey.
• Water lightly at first and gradually adjust to their normal care routine.
• Monitor for any signs of stress or pests, and trim damaged leaves if necessary.
This acclimation process ensures your plants recover quickly and thrive in their new environment.
